We are likely to be able to estimate some jobs without a site visit; however these would be subject to verification on arrival at your premises. Other jobs or projects may necessitate us making an appointment with you to discuss further and view on the site.

In 95% of cases no, indeed we would recommend you o be very cautious of any tradesman requiring payment up front. The only exception to this is if you require us to provide materials with a value is excess of $300, in which case we will ask for a 50% payment towards those materials. We will never ask you to pay anything up front for labour.
